YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTION

Class description let you know what you're getting into when you join one of our fabulous classes. You can choose that's right for you, both in style and intensity, please note the class levels:

YOGA CLASSES LEVELS:

BEGINNERS (B) - For those who want to know what yoga is and for a basic understanding of Asana (posture), Pranayama (breathing) and Shavasana (relaxation). This class is a complete exercise for body and mind.

MULTI-LEVEL (M) - welcome everyone. We encourage new students as well as motivate those with more experience. This is a general class but powerful for students of all levels. This intermediate level yoga class includes basic Yoga postures with the option to go deeper and with greater momentum. Poses are held for a moderate length of time to create awareness and focus. Breathing techniques are introduced to support intention and alignment.

INTERMEDIATES (I) - An intensive dynamic and complete yoga training for cardio, strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and deep relaxation. We will suggest more challenging variations for more advanced students.

ADVANCED (A) - A unique & complete scientific approach of yoga that includes Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing), Mudra (gestures), Bandha (locks) and dhyana (meditation) for regular members only. This is not for beginners.
